Parature Knowledge Base in CRM
We have built a solution for Dynamics CRM in which we integrated Parature KB articles. This solution will allow CRM users to view KnowledgeBase articles in a CRM Case.
CRM user can configure this solution from ‘MY Solution’, after configuring CRM user can view the Parature KB articles in CRM cases. When the Sales person or CRM user opens a particular Case then this solution will search for all the related articles for that case in Parature KnowledgeBase. CRM user can view those articles from Dynamics CRM, there is no need to switch to Parature. They can also search for the KB articles by words, exact phrase and topic id.
