Business Development Manager

Overview

MoreYeahs is expanding its presence in Pune and we are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth in the region. You will identify new business opportunities across enterprise IT services — spanning AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft solutions, and Salesforce — while building trusted relationships with C-suite and technology decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise organisations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise clients across IT services verticals in your territory
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leads through outbound outreach, networking events, and referrals
• Present MoreYeahs' service offerings and tailor proposals to client-specific business challenges
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements in collaboration with delivery and legal teams
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams to prepare RFP responses and solution presentations
• Track pipeline progress in CRM and achieve quarterly revenue and booking targets

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, software, or technology solutions
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology offerings — cloud, CRM, custom development, AI
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently from prospecting to close
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred
