Dynamics CRM Developer

Overview

Join our Microsoft Services practice as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer. You will design, develop, and customise Dynamics 365 CE solutions for enterprise clients — building plugins, Power Platform automations, and integrations that modernise sales, customer service, and marketing operations. You will work alongside functional consultants and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
• Build server-side plugins, custom workflows, and business process flows using C# / .NET
• Create Power Automate flows and model-driven Power Apps within the Power Platform ecosystem
• Design and implement integrations between D365 and third-party systems via REST APIs and Azure Logic Apps
• Support data migration, mapping, and validation during CRM implementation projects
• Write technical documentation, unit tests, and conduct peer code reviews
• Participate in client requirement workshops and technical scoping sessions

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
• Proficiency in C# / .NET for plugin and custom workflow development
• Working experience with Power Platform: Power Apps (model-driven) and Power Automate
• Knowledge of Azure integration services: Logic Apps, Service Bus, or Functions
• Familiarity with JavaScript / TypeScript for client-side customisation
• Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, metadata, and security model configuration
• Good communication skills to collaborate with functional consultants and end-clients
