The Challenges

The Solution
The solution implemented an ETL framework using REST APIs and scheduled jobs to sync breeder, kennel, and litter data, validated through full UAT. Salesforce Flows and Apex automated onboarding, communication, validations, and bulk synchronization. Automated portal ID creation and scheduled syncs ensured data consistency. Integrations with the website, DocuSign, PayPal, and RingCentral streamlined contracts, payments, and call logging. A custom LWC delivery module with signature capture improved operational efficiency and user experience.
